Each letter costs just $2 to send, pay only when you're ready to schedule it. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no commitment. Write your letter, pick your delivery date, and send it when it feels right. New members also get their first letter completely free within 24 hours of signing up.
Yes! When you create a new account, your first letter is on us, completely free, no credit card required. You have 24 hours from the moment you sign up to claim your free letter. After that, letters are just $2 each.
Absolutely! You can edit, reschedule, or cancel your letters anytime before they’re sent. Just visit your dashboard to manage all your scheduled letters. Once a letter is delivered, it becomes part of your permanent collection.
Your privacy is sacred to us. Your letters are end-to-end encrypted and completely private—no one can read them except you. We never share your personal information or letter content with anyone.
You can update the email address on your account, but please note that a letter is addressed to whoever you designated when you wrote it—that recipient cannot be changed after scheduling. If you’re sending a letter to yourself, make sure your email is up to date before scheduling.
We’re committed to being here for the long haul, but if anything ever changes, we promise to give you plenty of notice and send you all your letters immediately so you never lose those precious moments you’ve captured.
